About Lynn Malburne
Lynn has assisted in litigation pertaining to subrogation of Worker’s Compensation claims, criminal defense trial preparation, and foreclosures in compliance with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. She has also performed Department of Defense, federal, and state database searches for the identification of foreclosure issues, such as military status and/or bankruptcy status.
In addition to her litigation experience, Lynn served as a mediator of consumer complaints at a local consumer program, where she worked in cooperation with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairs. During this time, she conducted mediations between consumers and businesses for complaints filed under consumer protection laws.
Lynn obtained her paralegal certificate with a GPA of 4.0, receiving a Scholastic Honors Award for outstanding academic achievement. She currently serves as a member of the Middlesex Community College Paralegal Studies Advisory Board.
